Attention On Deck!

Its been an interesting time..

Utric went nuts and started loosing ships as much as killing them, Our wormhole operations have been bolstered by Panicus knuckling down to grind like a mo-fo, while in our other wormhole, subtly dubbed the cabbagehole, has all but been put to ruin completely wrecking poor Decons attempt at a making personal ISK haven.

After his 'not a single fuck was given' campaign of death and slaughter, Utric has decided to hang up his eve hat and is leaving the game. One of the most ballsy PVPers I ever knew on a personal level, taking place in my own Hall of Fame; with greats such as Champs d'elise before the character was sold on...

Utric101, Utric, Eve online, PVP, leaving eve,

Utric, I salute you.

We as a corp have been forging or at least attempting to forge links with out estranged alliance and otherwise seen a stagnation of players in FROOTcorp (albeit I've not been nearly as active as I have in passed days).

Big respects go to the FROOTs that continue to live the dream, sadly a lot of the Banana Bunch have either been subdued by real life, their computers have been fried or died or, more recently had their attention stolen by Diablo 3.

Zammo Bahrut, Zammo, Eve Character, Portrait, Eve,
And now to the crux of my post, I've decided once again to put away my Eve toys, It's time for Zammo to rest. I've reached a crucial point in eve where the grind of it is now (for me personally) over-weighing the fun that I get from the game, I love Eve as a game, and I get excited by eve still, but I've lost that special feeling of "what's gonna happen on Eve today!" now more often or not I find myself faced with the rigmarole of "how much ISK do I need to grind for my next PLEX" or "Is the wormhole in need of any logistic work I need to get done".

Very few times in the passed couple of months have I closed my Eve client thinking "Hell yeah that was fun". As such I'm stepping down as the CEO of FROOT, at the same time hoping to steer the corp into a tighter coalition with the alliance.

Sadly, I act as somewhat of a hub to FROOT, and without my superior (lmao ...) leadership the corp will either be having its members amalgamate into a sister corp in our alliance or as a greatly reduced corp, will be moving into the main alliance wormhole with shrunken membership.

I might go out with a blaze of glory after a lengthy chat with Goose last night about the 'thrill' of nullsec ... one last hurrah before my account goes offline. I might just decide to fade away quietly, either way I intend to make sure my corp that is filled with my friends is in a good place before I go.

I know all this is a little saddening and I'm going to miss a lot of people that I've met in eve but its simply no longer worth the hassle, there are much better ways for me to spend my personal time chillin' out (I'll still be gaming, but just in different games...)

To those that will miss the almighty chin that is Zammo, thank you for an awesome time.

leaving eve online, magnate, anathema, wormhole,

Zammo
Over and out.
